1~  A provisional booking made via telephone, post or email will remain firm for a period of seven days, within this time a £50 deposit must be paid. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, unless the owner terminates hire. Outstanding balance must be received and cleared 28 days prior to commencement of hire. Should a cancellation be made before full balance received, only the deposit sum will be fortified. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid 50% of the total hire price will be refunded. If less than seven days notice of cancellation received prior to hire commencement the full payment is non-refundable. This remains entirely at the discretion of the owner.

2~  All cheques made payable to A.Groves

3~  You must notify the owner immediately of any damage caused during you stay so we can replace or rectify before next hire.

4~  The caravan will only be available to the occupants during the period shown on the confirmation letter received. If further hire is required please contact us immediately for availability and decision.

5~  The caravan is a six berth and at no time must this be exceeded.

6~  The caravan is only available for hire for families and responsible adults as the park will not allow a party of same sex groups.

7~  Length of hire periods are at the discretion of the owner, please ask for details.

8~  The area surrounding the caravan must be kept clean at all times throughout your stay.

9~  Clothes must be dried on the airers provided. At no times must they be dried on the heaters or in front of the fire place.

10~ The use of BBQ’s are permitted, however please keep them well away from the caravan and on a flat area. Please also dispose of the charcoal in the correct manor.

11~ For your own safety do not disarm the smoke alarms.

12~ Please switch off all appliances and sockets, gas before your departure of the caravan.

13~ All bed linen is provided.

14~ We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property including vehicles during your stay.

15~ Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday, if required this remains your responsibility.

16~ All persons using the parks facilities must obey the rules, the park has the power to ban you from using the facilities they may also redeem your park passes.

17~ Litter must be placed in the large green wheelie bins provided situated outside the caravans.

18~ Please keep the noise to an acceptable level as you can appreciate other people around you.
